The Flu Season – Same Time Every Year Like Clockwork!

Why is it that so many people are sneezing, coughing, have excess phlegm, a sore throat, fever, chills, aches and pains, and feeling tired in January? What are the typical flu symptoms? Fever (leads to sweating), runny nose, cough, muscle pain, malaise, and often a sore throat are common. The first three points to a detox reaction. The body is trying to get rid of something by sweating and secreting it from the nose and the lungs. The latter two force the body to rest, which is an important part of healing. A sore throat prevents one from swallowing, possibly to prevent further intake from a toxin. What toxins could it be? Take your pick, we are bombarded with toxins.

However, during the winter months we’re told that these ‘flu viruses’ only like the cold and can attack us at any time. So, let’s step away from cultural conditioning and take a more commonsense approach. Let’s look at our lifestyles for the 3 to 4 months prior to the alleged ‘flu season’ in January and see if anything may relate to why we are sick:

  1. For many people in the corporate world, the last quarter of the year is the most stressful as we are all trying to hit our year-end results. More pressure, demands, and may be overtime. Most people are already at ‘tipping point’ prior the last quarter.
  2. Temperature (external) change. There is a body of evidence showing that changes in temperature and humidity are significantly associated with ‘influenza’ activity, specifically in temperate climates (i.e. places with four definite seasons). A drop in temperature and absolute humidity usually precedes the onset of seasonal and epidemic influenza. Now, if your inner terrain is robust and healthy then the change of temperature is not an issue, but if your inner terrain is already compromised (due to your inverted way of living) then this could tip the balance as you will be expending more nerve energy leading to lowered resistance (better known as innervation).
  3. Lack of sunlight due to the position of the sun during winter months also means inadequate ultraviolet B (UVB) exposure leading to vitamin D deficiency, which is essential for bone strength, immune function, and hippocampal neurogenesis.
  4. In the US, late November they celebrate Thanksgiving. People overeat, drink, and experience more emotional stress during the holiday period (families coming together). Often, the ‘flu season’ starts a little earlier in the US due to excessive eating, drinking, and emotional energy being spent during this time compared to Europe, who don’t celebrate Thanksgiving.
  5. Early December people start preparing for Christmas – the 3-weeks leading up to Christmas people are stressed getting gifts, organizing the food, and making holiday arrangements (families coming together again and more emotional stress – normal life plus all new things happening) leading to lowered nerve energy. Many people travel at this time and may experience a little or much jet lag (sleep & circadian rhythm disruption)
  6. Just before Christmas you have the office parties where people drink more alcohol and eat unhealthy food.
  7. Christmas time – people overeat, and drink too much for 3-4 days. This includes tea and coffee, which disrupts your sleep quality.
  8. Then it’s New Year and on New Years Eve people once again overeat and especially drink too much alcohol. Sleep is also compromised.
  9. Throughout these few months people suffer severe sleep loss, especially with the alcohol, late night eating, caffeine intake, and stress (work and emotional) leading to very poor sleep quality. EMF exposure is also high – WiFi in homes, everyone on their smartphones, sending and receiving more messages and calls, etc. Also, most people, if they do normally exercise, exercise less. No stimulation of the lymphatic system to eliminate the build up of toxins
  10. And when January comes around, you start to feel sick because your body has reached threshold, and the body says we are going to eject these poisons by any way possible – the media tells you it’s an aggressive ‘flu virus’ this season. So, you blame the ‘virus’ for the illness you are now experiencing.

Symptoms of illness are not bad. Symptoms are good. There is something to be celebrated. It is your body doing what it was designed to do to heal itself.

Your body needs to go through a detox process

But the truth is, when the toxic load becomes too high the body needs to take a more drastic approach – the initiation of a detoxification response that looks and feels like a cold or the flu. The body responds in any way it can, to detoxify – sloughing off respiratory cells, ramping up respiratory mucus production, and expelling unwanted materials through urine, saliva, tears, and sweat. This could be why sick people experience fevers and sweat profusely – to excrete more waste through the skin. In this way, a cold or flu is not some foe to fend off. Instead, it might just be the body’s way of “cleaning house,” desperately trying to free itself from harmful substances and restore homeostasis.

So, you didn’t ‘catch’ the flu, you created the flu through your lifestyle and deficiencies. You built up more poison and your body needs to go through a detox process (symptoms that manifest).

You see, if we (Big Pharma) tell you, it’s your lifestyle, you might have to become responsible, and we can’t sell or inject you with anything! Pharmaceutical companies have made all the decisions for what goes in the vaccine for next year by the end of February the previous year. They say it’s a “Guessing game trying to get the right antigens in the vaccine for each year. It’s not always easy and predictable. Obviously, the closer we are to being accurate, the more protection you have!”

Keep in mind, the symptoms of Covid-19 were defined as flu like. As with the flu, it fits a detox reaction the body goes through when bombarded with EMFs and other toxins. Cells die and debris will be removed by Exosomes.

Summary

Flu and the common cold are lifestyle driven, not some ‘virus’ coming to infect you! Influenza and the common cold are detoxification processes initiated by the body to cleanse itself of accumulated toxins. A cure is not required, because the flu and common cold are the cure!

Stay healthy. Serve others. And do what is right, not what is easy!
