Electrical pollution is a major health concern to which we are all exposed
Today, wireless technology, including all smart devices and 5G phones, have become the technocrat’s big meta-opportunity for long-term growth. But while industry profits, human health is collapsing. Our ‘digital toys,’ and alien technologies are literally killing us. What does the constant assault of non-native electromagnetic fields do to my body’s natural electrical biofield? Your biofield is a field of energy that surrounds and permeates your body. This biofield can be measured and is a very important governor of your health. That’s to say if your biofield is weak and compromised due to non-native electromagnetic fields, your health will be weak and compromised. Here are five ways to minimize your personal EMF exposure:
- Your Wi-Fi router has an “off” switch – for some reason, we’ve developed a habit of keeping Wi-Fi networks on at all times of the day. In fact, I’ve seen many network routers that do not even have an “off” switch – these devices must be physically unplugged to be powered down. I know very few people who turn these networks off when they are not in use. However, when they are on, Wi-Fi networks continually broadcast microwave radiation into our homes and offices. That makes for some very convenient Internet access – and it also makes for a lot of extraneous radiation exposure. Put simply, turn off your Wi-Fi network when not in use and especially at nighttime to enhance sleep quality. Your stress level is supposed to be higher during day so you can function better. Conversely, you’re designed to rest and recuperate at night. So, activating your stress response at nigh with microwaves messes up your hormones, metabolism, and regeneration substantially more than during the day. That means you’ll get most bang for your mitigation buck focusing on your nighttime exposure first, and daytime second. Accordingly, if you choose to shield your home from nnEMFs, shield the room(s) you spend the most time in, which is usually the bedroom. Smart Grid. Smart Meter. Smart Cities. Smart Drugs. Smart Phone. Smart Weapons. Smart Appliances. I wonder who really is being SMART!
- Pockets aren’t for cell phones – many people keep their cell phone in their pocket, particularly their pants pocket. I cannot emphasize enough how dangerous this is. Remember, your cell phone is a microwave communication device, and unless it is turned off, it is constantly sending and receiving MW signals. Your pants pocket is very close to your reproductive organs. It’s better not to keep a phone close to your body at all. Place your phone in your laptop case, handbag, briefcase, backpack, or a Faraday bag. But if you decide to do so, turn it off especially when it’s in your front or back pocket. This is even more important when you are in a moving vehicle or walking about in an urban area because your phone will poll for updates every few minutes as you enter each new base station area.
- Laptops and tablets are not for laps – many laptops and tablets get very hot, leading to thermal biological effects and against which FCC safety standards are designed to protect. This heat may be acceptable if the laptop or tablet is on a table but not if the device is in your lap. Also, all laptops and tablets have Wi-Fi cards. If that card is enabled, the device emits microwave transmissions to communicate with the wireless router, regardless of whether plugged into the wall or running on battery power. In addition, using a tablet computer on your lap vibrates cells in your lower abdomen at billions of oscillations per second. That speeds up clock genes in your reproductive organs faster than your Suprachiasmatic Nucleus (SCN), which make it appear as if you’ve got hormone imbalances, when the real problem is signaling errors that make organs malfunction. This is one of the leading causes of infertility and sexual dysfunction in women and men today.
- It’s SMART to avoid SMART meters – A significant and unique feature of smart meters is that they emit pulsed wave radiation, not continuous wave radiation. In other words, they run in start-stop cycles of emitting a burst of EMF then going temporarily inactive. This happens an incredibly high number of times per day; in the U.S., court documents with testimony from utility companies (like Pacific Gas and Electric Company of California) reveal that smart meters send pulsed waves between 9,600 and 190,000 times per day! Smart meters are ubiquitous health hazards now toxifying our airwaves. Digital power meters wirelessly report electricity usage from your home back to the power company. And the do it in the microwave/radio-frequency range – supposedly to help you use electricity more wisely. But privacy issues are a major concern. What these smart meters really do is collect data about you and your family so they can sell that information to marketers and government agencies – including which devices you use, when you use them, and even what TV shows you’re watching (based on the waveform of electricity used).
- Don’t use microwave ovens – microwave ovens make certain things very convenient. But it is worth noting that the safety limit for microwave leakage in the United States is at a power density of 5 mW/cm² – about 500 to 5’000 times higher than in many European countries. But this is only part of the EMF from microwave ovens; the ovens also emit ELF fields of about 200 mG. Although the ELF exposure falls off rapidly with distance, the fields near microwave ovens are dangerous. Use microwaves very sparingly and from a healthy distance or not al all. Despite what I just said, many of you will no doubt continue to own and use microwave ovens because of there convenience (there’s that word again that is leading many people into the abyss). If you do, please do so responsibly. This largely means two things. First, get out of the kitchen when the microwave is on. EMF emissions drop off rapidly with distance, so the farther away one is from the microwave, the less EMF exposure results when the oven is on. In addition, what does everyone know about microwave ovens? They dehydrate. They bombard food with microwave radiation so strong it shakes water molecules loose from their surroundings. That’s why steam pours out of food heated in a microwave oven. And that’s how cell phones and Wi-Fi devices unquestionably dehydrate you in their presence.
In the words of Arthur Firstenberg, “We live today with several devastating diseases – anxiety disorder, influenza, diabetes, heart disease, cancer – that do not belong here, whose origin we do not know, whose presence we take for granted and no longer question. We live with them because of a refusal to recognize the force that we have harnessed for what it is. The 60-cycle current in our house wiring, the ultrasonic frequencies in our computers, the radio waves in our televisions, the microwaves in our cell phones, these are only distortions of the invisible rainbow that runs through our veins and makes us alive.”
